At the dot., we want every piece to feel right when it arrives. If something isn’t working for you, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • in original condition

Include your order number and reason for the return in your message.


Exchanges

If your item doesn’t fit properly, we offer exchanges depending on available inventory.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • worn items
  • washed items
  • damaged items caused by misuse
  • final sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be sent to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • shipping costs are non-refundable
  • customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the issue

We’ll work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
